Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account or using MyFirstInsurTec, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
MyFirstInsurTec ("we," "us," or "our") is a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates, processes, and presents government-published insurance licensee data in a searchable, team-ready format. We do not generate or certify the underlying data — we process and present it to enable recruiting and business development activities.
Our platform currently covers Florida insurance licensees as published by the Florida Department of Financial Services (FL DFS). We may add additional states over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use our service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@myfirstinsurtec.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each subscription is issued to one account holder. Team seats allow multiple users within the same organization, but account sharing between unaffiliated parties is prohibited.
MyFirstInsurTec offers monthly and annual subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. All prices are in USD.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend access until the outstanding balance is resolved.
You agree to use MyFirstInsurTec only for lawful professional purposes, including recruiting, business development, and market research within the insurance industry.

Licensee contact information (phone numbers, email addresses) is included as published in the government source. We are not responsible for outdated, incorrect, or incomplete contact information. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before relying on it for business decisions.

Our platform software, dashboard interface, lead scoring methodology, and all non-data content are proprietary to MyFirstInsurTec and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The underlying licensee data originates from public government sources.
By using our platform, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYFIRSTINSURTEC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLATFORM.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE CURRENT AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyFirstInsurTec and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
