Refund Policy

This page describes the current refund rules for MyFirstInsurTec self-serve plans.
7-Day First-Purchase Guarantee
- The first purchase of a self-serve Solo, Agency, or Growth plan is eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 calendar days of the initial charge.
- To request a refund, email hello@myfirstinsurtec.com from the account email address used at checkout.
What Is Not Covered
- renewals after the initial purchase
- partial-month or prorated requests after the 7-day window
- enterprise, managed-service, or custom-contract work unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement
Cancellation
You may cancel recurring billing at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not itself create a refund right outside the initial guarantee window.
